Dog attack / bite?

My brothers Pitbull continues to attack my dog (we have to watch that), it continues to go for throat of my dogs, but always seems to bite the neck and thats it anyone have any comment on that? and also my dog (he tried to extend fighting) per bit white part of the thumbnail (not as throughout the nail) Will I lose the nail w good? Any comments and ideas / E

First, it does not bother us at the age of your dog. This * may * attack dogs, or * is * the game and learning. It is difficult to advise without details. They are fighting or playing?
